Residents of Soka, a community along Lagos/ Ibadan expressway in the outskirts of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, were yesterday shocked to the marrows as no fewer than 20 decomposed bodies and hundreds of human beings’ skulls were discovered in an underground dungeon in the area.
The shocking discovery which attracted scores of people included about 18 males and five females, looking skinned with chains on their legs.
