Politics Presidency Attacks Fashola for Calling Jonathan's Administration 'Inactive'

Doyin Okupe, Thursday, blasted Governor of Lagos, Babatunde Raji Fashola for saying President Jonathan's government has been inactive for three years. Okupe suggested that perhaps Fashola has been too preoccupied with his state to notice the president's achievements.

Addressing Journalists in Abuja Thursday in Abuja, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs, Dr. Doyin Okupe who admitted that there were some challenges, said that the government was giving its best attention and considerations to the problems.

Okupe was reacting to Governor Fashola who in a lecture given by Governor Raji Fashola at the 50th Birthday Celebration of former Governor Timipre Sylva

Governor Fashola stated that “this government had been inactive for 3 years and in the fourth year intends to give the electorate kerosene, price and money for the purpose of seeking their votes”.
