- Arrive on time and ready for work for all scheduled work shifts.
- Report to the Property Manager, and work cooperatively with on-site maintenance and janitorial staff to help the building run smoothly and provide top quality service to all clients
- Maintain property rules and regulations, and security protocols for clients and staff. Assist clients and staff in resolving problems.
- Participate in training and assist with orientations for new staff as needed.
- Other responsibilities as required
- General knowledge of Front Desk Receptionist procedures
- Friendly and outgoing with the ability to connect with a diverse group of people
- Extremely efficient, organized and resourceful
- Strong attention to detail
- Shall be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with clients and other staff members
- Have knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, spreadsheet, data entry, and aptitude to take on new tools as necessary
- Front Desk Receptionist or office management experience a plus
