The Nasarawa state Government has issued a statement discrediting rumours of Governor Umaru Al-Makura's death; LEADERSHIP reports.
The statement issued on behalf of the Government by Mr Yakubu Lamai, Chieft Press secretary to Al-Makura read, ''We wish to use this medium to assure the citizens of Nasarawa State and confirm with clarity that Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura is alive, hale and hearty''.
