Babachir Lawal, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), has asked Mohammed Umar Jibrilla, Governor of Adamawa State, to explain how he spent a total of N87billion tat accrued to 21 local councils in the past three years.
Lawal’s accusation comes just as a transparency group in the state, the Adamawa Transparency Organization, asked the Governor to account for the funds.
