Lagos- Following his suspension by President Goodluck Jonathan as the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, having threatened to challenge his suspension in court, may have filed a suit at the Federal High Court as he was seen around the court premises on Friday afternoon.
According to The Punch, the matter is said to have been fixed for February 28, before Justice Ibrahim Buba.
His wishes in the suit could not be determined, as attempts to get the court documents from his lawyers and court officials were futile as they all declined to release the documents to journalists.
However, it was learnt that the State Security Services, the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Mohammed Abubakar, and the Attorney-General of the Federation, Mr. Mohammed Adoke, are the defendants in the suit.
