Malam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, suspended chairman of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN has lost his bid to overturn his suspension by President Goodluck Jonathan as a Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a suit he filed challenging the suspension.
Delivering judgement,Justice Gabriel Kolawole ruled that the court had no jurisdiction to hear the matter, saying the matter is a dispute between an employer and its employee.
The Judge referred Sanusi to the National Industrial Court.
