The trial of Senate President, Dr. Bukola Abubakar Saraki, over alleged false assets declaration and corruption will continue tomorrow before the chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar.
The tribunal had granted him an adjournment for his counsel to confer with him and take further instructions as regards the amended charges filed by the prosecution.
Saraki was earlier facing a 13-count criminal charge but it has now been amended to 16-count charge.
It will be recall that the Senate president, Bukolsa Saraki declared vacation at the 8th Senate last Friday to allow PDP members partake in nationwide congresses
