Nigeria - According to an unconfirmed report from Sahara Reporters, Senator Dino Melaye has threatened to beat up one of his colleague over their disagreement on Senate President Bukola Saraki's trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
Reports say members of the senate held a close session where Senator James Manager with some of his PDP colleagues spoke up against actions of the Nigerian senate as regards Saraki's trial. It's believed that Sen. James objected to how the image of the senate was being dragged in the mud.
Sahara Reporters said this didn't sit well with Sen. Dino Melaye and Sen. Sani Yerima of Zamfara. It's reported that they were vehement and threatened other Senators.
