Senator Shehu Sani representing Kaduna central senatorial district has condemned killings in Mambila plateau area of Taraba state.
Recall that suspected Mambila Militiamen had attacked Fulani villages, resulting in loss of lives and burning down of several houses on Sunday.
DSP David Misal, the Police Public Relations Officer in Taraba State said law and order had been restored in the areas following the deployment of police and soldiers.
“The mass killings in Mambila plateau stands condemned.
“The Acting president should send a delegation ;and an independent commission of inquiry must be set up to investigate and bring culprits to book and put a stop to the carnage”, the senator said on his social media platform.
