Gov. Aliyu Wamakko of Sokoto State has approved the appointment of four new District Heads in the state.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary, Political, Alhaji Malami Ladan, which was made available to newsmen in Sokoto on Monday.
The statement said the new appointees were Malam Garba Marafa for Tangaza district; Alhaji Aminu Balarabe for Wauru district; Alhaji Muhammadu Jabbi for Shuni district and Ibrahim Buda-Badau for Badau district in Tangaza, Gada, Dange/Shuni and Bodinga local government areas, respectively.
The release also quoted Ladan as saying that all the appointments were with immediate effect.
