South African Man Seeks Alteration of Bail Term So He Can Have Loud Sex

A South African man, Gareth de Nysschen, ordered to live at his uncle's as part of a bail agreement has filed a plea before a court to allow him to move because his girlfriend likes loud sex.

de Nysschen is charged with stealing and selling army ammunition. He claims he cannot have a "normal sexual relationship" with his girlfriend "due to lack of privacy". He had previously been ordered by the court to stay at his uncle's pending his trial.

According to news.com.au , de Nysschen's lawyer told prosecutors his girlfriend was "a screamer".

Judgement would be passed on the case next week.
