Imo state Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Chief Hilary Eke has declared that the party in the state would return President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019 the same way it delivered him in 2015 just as his Enugu counterpart, Dr. Ben Nwoye boasted that Mr. President would defeat any of its opponents for second term in office should he choose to do so
