The South-East Governors’ Forum rose from a meeting on Sunday condemning the recent attempt by Biafran Zionist Federation, BZM, to declare the Republic of Biafra.
DailyPost recalls that the Pro-Biafran group, led by its self-acclaimed President, Barr. Benjamin Onwuka had stormed the Enugu State Broadcasting Service, ESBS, last week with intention to declare the Republic of Biafra.
Chairman of the Governors’ Forum and governor of Abia State, Theodore Orji, who made his colleagues’ position known after their meeting at the Enugu Government House said they were totally against such move.
