Two students, Benjamin Daniel 20, of Area 1 Masaka and Samuel Ochokwu, 23, of Abacha Road, Mararaba, on Friday appeared before a Grade 1 Area Court, Aso Pada, Mararaba.
Prosecutor, PC Friday Adaji told the court that the matter was reported by a cripple, Iliya Sunday of 10 Baba St, Mararaba at the ‘A’ Division Police Station on Nov.2.
According to the prosecutor, “They conspired and dipped hands into his pocket and stole recharge cards of different mobile communication network worth N28, 000."
The accused could potentially spend five years in prison if they both get convicted in the court of law.
