Sports Super Eagles update: Only two players yet to report to camp

The London camp of Nigeria's Super Eagles is almost full as at Monday evening,with 28 players having all reported to duty to commence preparations for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Only Nnamdi #Oduamadi and #SundayMba were yet to report to camp(as at press time) because they experienced some travel hitches from their different bases in #Italy and France.

The team held its first training on Monday evening to fine-tune their preparations for the Wednesday friendly game against Scotland.

Nigeria defeated #Scotland the last time both teams met in 2002,and would be hoping to replicate the feat again.

Skipper of the #SuperEagles,Joseph #Yobo who has been out of the team since the 2013 AFCON triumph in South Africa,was elated with the welcome he got on his return to the national team.

“I am humbled and I pray that I will justify the confidence reposed in me” Yobo was quoted as saying through the team's official Twitter handle.
