The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State has alleged that the plot by six members of the State House of Assembly loyal to the supervising minister of education, Chief Ezebunwo Nyesom Wike, to impeach Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi is still going on.
The leader of the six lawmakers and member representing Ogu/Bolo Constituency in House, Hon. Evans Bipi, had last weekend denied media reports that they were plotting to impeach the governor.
But, the APC, in a press release issued in Port Harcourt yesterday, alleged the appointment of Justice Daisy Okocha as the Administrative Judge of the State by the National Judicial Council (NJC) was part of the plot.
