It’s that time of the year where the editors of TIME magazine choose their Person of the Year. Users are encouraged to vote for their choices, too.

Nigeria’s Chibok girls have been included in the list, and paired against the Pope on the face-off polls.

About 276 female students were kidnapped on the night of April 14-15, 2014, from the Government Secondary school in Chibok town, Borno state, Nigeria.

The Boko Haram terrorist sect claimed credit for the kidnap, and the girls are still in captivity.

The Time Person of the Year list includes famous entrepreneurs, politicians, and activists. It includes names like USA’s President Barack Obama and Russia’s Vladimir Putin, Pope Francis, Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netayahu, actress Jennifer Lawence, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the Ferguson protesters, Joshua Wong (an 18-year old student activist in Hong Kong), John Kerry, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Shonda Rhimes and Tim Cook to name a few.
