The Nigerian Senate has reacted to former president Olusegun Obasanjo's scathing remark, labeling them unarmed robbers.
The Senate said Obasanjo should be ignored, as the house as an institution was not ready to waste time replying the ex-president
It also asked the former President to return his Presidential Library to the Federal Government, noting that it was built with public fund.
Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha, who described the love of the former president for controversy, said Obasanjo deserved no reply.
He said, “He is too controversial to deserve a reply. Let him return his Presidential Library to the Federal Government because clearly, it was financed with public funds.
