Union Bank of Nigeria Plc has announced the resignation of the following Directors from its Board:
According to the Bank, Mr. Douglas Munatsi, a representative of ADC Enterprises (a member of UGPL Consortium), resigned following the acquisition of ADC by Atlas Mara Ltd.
The other two former directors, Mr. Dickie Ulu and Mr Saidu Mohammed-Jallo also resigned following AMCONSs selling off its stake in the Bank to Atlas Mara Limited. The Effective date for the resignations was 24 February 2015.
Following this development, the Bank appointed four (4) new Directors effective February 2015 and approved by the CBN. They are;
