Ex-Niger Delta militant leader, Asari Dokubo has narrated how Diezani Madueke and other Niger Delta leaders have failed the region.

He made this revelations while speaking with TVC News.

He revealed how under Goodluck Jonathan's regime, Diezani refused Bayelsa's application for an oil bloc but instead gave it to someone outside the region.
