Nigeria's Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has revealed that 300,000 persons will be recruited into the N-Power scheme this year.
He made the disclosure at the National Economic Summit on Tuesday.
“The N-Power programme for unemployed graduates has employed 200,000 young people with another 300,000 set to be recruited", he revealed.
The N-Power online assessment test commenced July 1 and ended August 31, with applicants grouped in four categories – Tax, Health, Agro and Teach .
About the Home Grown School Feeding Programme, Osinbajo said about 3 million children across 14 States are participating with the numbers expected to ramp up as it begins to cover 21 States in this new academic session”.
