Senator Walid Jibril, chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has claimed that the party was happy to 'donate' Godswill Akpabio to the All Progressive Congress. Senator Walid said it was within Akpabio's right to decamp to another party. He also added that there are competent hands in the party to take over from him, Vanguard reports.
