The common sense Senator, Ben Bruce representing Bayelsa east senatorial district has said that the structure of Nigeria is conducive for wealth sharing but not wealth creation.
The Bayelsa senator made this known in a new video posted on his twitter account on Monday.
He said with a video caption: “Nigeria's current structure is conducive for wealth sharing, but is not conducive for wealth creation. What happens when we run out of oil?”
Meanwhile, On Monday the global Oil prices rose, supported by reports that an OPEC-led supply cut may not only be extended into next year but might also be deepened to tighten the market and prop up prices.
Brent crude futures which Nigeria trade on went up 32 cents, or 0.6 percent, from their last close at $53.93 per barrel at 0145 GMT.
U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were back above $50 per barrel, trading up 32 cents, or 0.6 percent, at $50.65.
Both benchmarks have risen more than 10 percent from their May lows early in the month.
