SAHARA REPORTERS claims that Attahiru Jega, chairman of Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), will today tell the country's council of state that he's ready to conduct the February 14 polls but the military is unwilling to work with him.
The media house claims it got the information from sources within INEC.
INEC officials allegedly believe that the military’s uncooperative attitude arose from a scheme by President Goodluck Jonathan and his supporters to frustrate the elections.
