The Executive Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), has replied the query from the presidency on his inability to meet revenue projection target. The chief of staff to the president, Mr. Abba Kyari, had written the FIRS Chairman demanding explanations to “significant variances between the budgeted collections and actual collections for the period 2015 to 2018” and FIRS’s inability to meet target.
