The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is calling for the cancelling of the presidential elections held in four northern states due to 'irregularities.'
The states in question are Gombe, Kaduna, Kano and Katsina.
The deputy national chairman of the PDP, Mr. Uche Secondus alleged that in these states under-aged voters were allowed to vote, especially in Kano and Katsina states.
He further alleged that the results in some Gombe local government areas were fabricated as voting never even occurred there due to the attacks from the Boko Haram insurgents on election day.
Elsewhere, President Jonathan's reelection campaign director, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode insists that victory is PDP's.
