Professor Attahiru Jega, the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), says with the plan to introduce card reader during the 2015 general elections, it will be difficult for one person to vote in different polling units. INEC Chairman, in an interview monitored on Channels Television, also says all eligible voters must present their permanent voters’ cards at the polling units before they will be allowed to vote in 2015.
