The only goal that saw Bosnia carry the day was scored by Galatasaray's midfielder, Izet Hajrovic, in the 41st minute after a strong first half from Bosnia.
"It's a good win for us," said Bosnia and Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko, who missed a couple of chances in the game. "Now I think we're prepared for the World Cup."
Dzeko was quite confident about his team's abilities as the world cup nears kick off, saying that they are ready for any team they play at the tournament.
Meanwhile, Nigeria also played a goalless draw against Greece 24 hours after Keshi's 23 man list was announced, taking it to two draws in a week, while Bosnia Herzegovina won their two friendlies with Dzeko and Hajrovic giving the debutants victory.
