Three motorcyclists have been arrested by the Zamfara State Hizba Commission for allegedly abducting and raping women in Gusau, acting chairman of the commission Alhaji Lawali Buhari has said.
He said recently, a man was arraigned before a Magistrate’s Court sitting in Gusau for abducting his female passenger and raping her in a bush. He added that the culprit was given 100 strokes of the cane and sentenced to one year imprisonment with an option of fine.
