Former Vice Presidential candidate Peter Obi has condemned the Federal Government's response to the recent surge in violence in Plateau and Benue states.
Following a brutal attack in Zurak village, where over 40 residents were killed, Obi urged the government to prioritize the protection of citizens' lives and property. The attack in Zurak adds to a string of violent incidents in the region, including the killing of at least 12 people in Tilengpat and 10 residents in Mandar Shar and Kopnanle villages.
