Most Rev. Ignatius Kattey, Dean, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) and Arch-Bishop of Niger Delta Province, and his wife, Beatrice have been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.
According to Daily Posts, the cleric and his wife were kidnapped at about 10.30pm at Aleto-Eleme in Eleme local government area of Rivers State, while they were on their way to Port Harcourt.
The police could not be reached for an official statement.
