Cote d'Ivoire's forward, Sebastien Haller, is resolute in his belief that the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final against Nigeria will showcase a markedly different contest from their earlier group stage meeting.

In the initial encounter, the hosts suffered a 1-0 defeat to the Super Eagles.

Haller, speaking at a press conference, highlighted the unique dynamics of a final compared to a group match. "There is a difference between playing a group match and a final," he emphasized, adding, "The fact that we have already faced each other is an advantage for both teams."

The highly anticipated final is scheduled to take place at the Alassanne Quattara Stadium in Ebimpe, Abidjan, commencing at 8 pm Cote d'Ivoire time (9 pm Nigeria time).

As the stage is set for this crucial showdown, both teams are gearing up for a clash that holds the promise of a distinct narrative from their previous encounter in the group stage.
