Former NFF Chairman, Amaju Pinnick, has accused Davido of failing to perform at the 19th edition of Warri Again, despite receiving a substantial payment of over $94,600. Pinnick also disclosed that a private jet worth $18,000 was booked for Davido's performance in Warri, Delta State, which ultimately didn't materialize. He further compared Davido to Burna Boy, hailing the latter as the biggest Nigerian superstar.
Amaju Pinnick emphasized that Davido should not consider himself too "big," as Delta State has made significant contributions to the Nigerian entertainment industry. He highlighted that Burna Boy has roots in Itsekiri, a community in Delta State, and pointed out other prominent entertainers like actor Richard Mofe-Damijo and comedian Alibaba who also hail from Delta State.
