Banji Ajaka, the Commissioner for Health in Ondo State, found himself at the center of a tumultuous incident during the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial primary in the state. Angry APC members reportedly assaulted Ajaka in Ugbo Ward 3 of Ilaje LGA, accusing him of hiding the result sheet.

According to witnesses, tensions escalated after electoral officers implicated Ajaka in the alleged concealment. The chaotic scene unfolded as supporters of Chief Olusola Oke voiced their discontent, viewing the incident as a betrayal of the electoral process.
