Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has been hospitalized in Mexico City after suffering a stroke on Wednesday. TMZ reported that sources suggest the illness might be a less serious episode of vertigo.
The 73-year-old tech entrepreneur and scientist was slated to participate in a World Business Forum event in Santa Fe that afternoon, with no immediate comment from event organizers. In 1976, Wozniak co-founded Apple Computer with Steve Jobs, playing a pivotal role in the personal computing revolution.
The company went on to become the world's most valuable, known for iconic products like the iPhone. Wozniak's website representatives haven't responded to requests for comment
