Commander of Narcotics in Borno State, Iliyasu Mani, disclosed the alarming trend, citing the prevalence of psychoactive substance abuse among the youth.
Alongside fermented urine, Borno youths are reported to be ingesting lizard dung, camel urine, and concoctions like Lipton soaked in gin, further exacerbating the gravity of the substance abuse crisis.

Despite ongoing efforts, the disturbing revelation sheds light on the escalating complexities of substance abuse in the region.
