Chef Dammy is facing a legal battle initiated by Pastor Prophet Adegoke Jeremiah, who took legal action against her shortly after she publicly expressed concerns about her safety, holding him responsible should anything untoward happen to her.
In the court documents dated October 23, Pastor Prophet Jeremiah demanded that Chef Dammy publicly retract her earlier statements made across various social media platforms and in two widely circulated national newspapers. He also sought N20 million in damages for the alleged defamation against him. The Pastor has given Chef Dammy a seven-day ultimatum to fulfill these demands, warning that failure to comply will lead to a legal showdown in court.
This development comes in the wake of Chef Dammy's claims that she had been subjected to threats and bullying, causing her to live in constant fear for her life.
