Amidst the ongoing controversy surrounding the death of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known as Mohbad, his wife, Wunmi Aloba, has stated that she has not received any court notice regarding a DNA test.
This response came from Wunmi Aloba's lawyer, who confirmed that no court order has been served to her. The issue arose following reports that the court had instructed Wunmi to undergo a DNA test.
However, Wunmi's lawyer informed BBC News Pidgin that without the receipt of a court order, they cannot comment on the matter. Taiwo Olawanle, the lawyer, emphasized the necessity of having a copy of the court order before providing any further statements. The situation remains unresolved as Wunmi Aloba asserts that she has not been formally notified by the court regarding the DNA test.
