Rev Father Ejike Mbaka, the Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry in Enugu, has issued a stern warning to Nigerian politicians attending his annual harvest and bazaar. In a video that has since gone viral, the controversial Catholic priest stated that politicians should not come to the event if they are unwilling to make donations.

Fr. Mbaka, who is known for his outspoken nature, declared that the bazaar's agenda is "mega wealth" and urged attendees to come prepared for generous donations to the church. He announced November 12, 2023, as the date for the bazaar.

He emphasized the importance of making offerings to God during the event, and he singled out the tradition of breaking "kola" as part of the custom. Fr. Mbaka expressed his dissatisfaction with politicians or attendees who might refuse to participate in these rituals.

Furthermore, he warned banks and businesses that if they failed to make donations to his ministry, he would cut ties with them, emphasizing that the bazaar would primarily serve as a means of generating income.

Fr. Mbaka's statement highlights his firm stance on financial contributions and appears to reflect his desire to maintain a strong financial foundation for his ministry. The priest is no stranger to controversy and has made previous statements about politicians, particularly regarding former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi.
