The Federal Government has initiated an investigation into reports that the visas of 264 Nigerian passengers were cancelled upon their arrival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from Nigeria.
The Air Peace flight, which departed from Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, has raised concerns, prompting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to examine whether consular or aviation rules were violated.
The ministry aims to address actions impacting Nigerian citizens' welfare, aligning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Four Ds strategy.
