Brentford manager, Thomas Frank, expressed his delight and admiration for midfielder Frank Onyeka after the Nigerian player scored his first-ever Premier League goal for the club in their match against Sheffield United on Saturday.
Onyeka, who had been with Brentford for over three seasons, finally found the back of the net in the 93rd minute, capitalizing on a flick from Kevin Schade. The 26-year-old had only been substituted on three minutes earlier for Mathias Jensen.
Frank commended Onyeka's performance, stating that he deserved the goal and had contributed significantly to the team's victory. In an interview with the club's official website, Frank emphasized his happiness for Onyeka and highlighted the significance of his achievement after a prolonged wait.
With this win, Brentford climbed to the 14th position on the Premier League table.
