Bianca Censori faces potential legal consequences after her explicit outing in Paris without underwear during a dinner with Kanye West. The Yeezy architect, 29, donned a provocative outfit, wearing sheer stockings without underwear, attracting attention during a public appearance with Kanye.
The revealing garment did not conceal her genitals or bare backside, and she appeared to go shirtless and braless under a cropped fur coat. This display could lead to legal trouble as it may violate French decency laws. Article 222-32 of the penal code states that deliberate sexual displays in public can result in one year of imprisonment and a €15,000 fine. Nudity itself is not considered indecent unless it involves deliberate sexual display.
This isn't the first time Bianca has faced potential legal issues due to her provocative actions, as she risked fines and imprisonment in Italy last year for walking around "virtually naked."
The Italian Constitutional Court allows fines from €5,000 to €10,000 or imprisonment from four months to four years for exposing in places attended by minors.
