Health Commissioner Professor Akin Abayomi signed a statement outlining essential tips, including staying hydrated and nourished, taking regular breaks, knowing one's limits, maintaining good posture, staying calm and relaxed, and being prepared for emergencies.
The government also urges viewing centers to ensure they have adequate medical facilities and trained personnel to respond swiftly in case of emergencies.
