Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Labour Party (LP) candidate in the Lagos State governorship election, has expressed his disagreement with the verdict of the Lagos State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal and has decided to appeal the judgment. Rhodes-Vivour made this announcement through a press release and emphasized the importance of defending the integrity of the vote in a democracy.
He assured his supporters and Lagosians in general that he remains confident in the appellate courts and their ability to provide substantial justice. Rhodes-Vivour urged everyone to remain calm, peaceful, and law-abiding during this process.
