Bayern Munich's manager, Thomas Tuchel, is set to leave the club at the end of the current season, a year earlier than initially planned. Tuchel, who assumed the role in March 2023, played a pivotal role in securing last season's Bundesliga title for Bayern.
However, recent setbacks, including a notable 3-0 loss to Bayer Leverkusen and a 1-0 defeat to Lazio in the Champions League last-16, have prompted both Tuchel and Bayern to agree on an early departure as part of a "sporting realignment."
The search for a new coach is underway, to restructure for the 2024-25 season.
