
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), through its Ibadan Operations Office, has distributed relief supplies to victims of recent rainstorms in Iseyin, Itesiwaju, Kajola, and Iwajowa Federal Constituency of Oyo State. The distribution took place at the constituency office of Hon. Najimdeen Oyeshina Oyedeji in Iseyin Local Government Area. Mr Ayo Abolarin, Chief Search and Rescue Officer, expressed sympathy for affected communities and emphasised the importance of proactive disaster risk reduction measures. Representatives from NEMA, DSS, Federal House of Representatives, Oyo State Government, and community leaders attended the event.
