Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, the newly appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Access Holdings Plc, pledges to honor the legacy of the late Herbert Wigwe and ensure the realization of their shared vision.

Following Wigwe's tragic passing in a helicopter crash in February, Aig-Imoukhuede assumes his new role in response to extensive consultations with stakeholders. Aig-Imoukhuede, former managing director of Access Bank Plc, expresses enthusiasm for returning to the Access Group ecosystem and vows to deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.

His appointment comes to leverage his extensive experience and leadership skills to build upon the strong foundation established with Wigwe. Aig-Imoukhuede's return as Chairman reflects the board's commitment to core values and determination to continue the group's growth trajectory.

As Non-Executive Chairman, he will collaborate with the board to oversee strategy and provide guidance to the executive management team. His reinstatement underscores both his dedication to Access Group and the board's confidence in his leadership capabilities.
