In a press briefing and parade of 67 suspects, the Nigeria Police Force has issued a stern warning against the popular 2024 slogan, "No gree for anybody," stating it is dangerous and has the potential to incite crisis across the country.
ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Force Public Relations Officer, emphasized the slogan's origin from what he described as a revolutionary sector, signaling possible problems nationwide.
Despite the phrase's seemingly innocuous interpretation as an expression of determination or defiance, Adejobi categorizes it as a highly perilous slogan capable of triggering a crisis, especially in the context of the security community.
This advisory raises concerns about the societal impact and the potential consequences of such revolutionary rhetoric gaining traction.
