In a recent appearance on Channels Television's Sunday Politics, Adewole Adebayo, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) presidential candidate, conveyed a stark message to Nigerians, stating that they are "stuck" with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his perceived "bad" policies for the next four years.

Adebayo, discussing the ongoing challenges in Nigeria, criticized Tinubu's decision to remove the petrol subsidy and suggested an alternative approach, emphasizing the need for subsidy continuation through legislative amendments.

Adebayo further expressed concerns about the unsuitability of Tinubu's policies, citing their negative impact on the country. He urged the Tinubu government to be "less arrogant" and prioritize actions that would alleviate the hardships faced by Nigerians amid rising inflation, forex crises, and economic challenges triggered by subsidy removal and forex reforms.

Despite acknowledging that these policies were chosen through the democratic process, Adebayo emphasized that Nigerians must endure them until the next election, drawing a parallel to the biblical story of the Israelites' journey.
